Restricting

I’m going to start restricting again.  I have everything planned out.

Breakfast – 1/3 c. of frozen strawberries, 1/3 c. of frozen mangos, and 1/8 c. of whole milk (I have to get skim milk when I run out of whole milk) Total calories = 71

Lunch – 1 c. lettuce, 1/2 c. sliced green peppers, 1/2 c. sliced cucumbers  Total calories = 27

Dinner –  1/4 c. PLAIN brown rice, 1/2 chicken breast  Total calories = 127

Food calories = 225

Exercise = 243

Net = -18
