Count Down To My 8 Hour Eating Time.

18 minutes to go until I can eat. I have already worked out my calorie counted food list. Which includes tasty non diet food, which I like eating. Includes chocolate, southern fried chicken wrap, jumbo cod in batter, sweet potatoe chips, red wine {of course}

I could try & eat ‘healthier’ low calorie, low fat foods, but, if I wanted to do that, I would not be so fat. Nooo! Breakfast does not make you slim. Anymore then not eating breakfast makes you fat. Calories are calories what ever time of day or night it is…
