What I realised today..

Couple of things I learnt/realised today about myself:

1. When I’m stressed I walk fast.
2. When I’m stressed I block people out and ignore them.
3. When I’m stressed I shut doors and close myself up.
4. When I’m stressed I put my iPod in my ears with loud music on.
5. When I’m stressed I pull my hair out by continually brushing it with my fingers.
6. When I’m stressed my body doesn’t cope without food or water. Third time lesson. Third time! When will I get it through my head???!!!
