Love to sleep? Did you know the purposes of sleeping?? Well,me neither…

Based on my limited reading,our brain will release hormones/chemicals during sleep which helps in body relaxing. Unfortunately, this only occurs under certain circumstances ONLY….

It will only be release if you’re asleep before 2 a.m…(12-2a.m)… you’ve to sleep in dark..COMPLETELY DARK…not even a light are allowed…that, is when you’re said to have an effective sleep…

Did you know that the person who lack sleep have weaker immunity system compared to those who sleep??? Why?? Google… I don’t have the whole article buddy…
