wrapping presents

I am sitting here thinking about my cousin\best friend that passed away Dec.26,2014. As we all know that is the day after Christmas. It was a sudden and unexpected death, and we were not prepared to say good bye to her,she was only 53 yrs old,and she left behind 3 kids, ages 23,16,and 14. As we approach Christmas i am finding it hard to be excited and happy knowing she isnt here to share our happiness and joy. Is it selfish of us to wanna be happy and celebrate like we always have? Please comment and let me know ur opinion or how u would feel. Also if anyone else has lost someone around the Holidays would u please share how u learned to go on with ur life without feelin guilty? We took great care of here and made sure she always had what she needed to be comfortable. Thanks in advance for your comments.

  1. It is not selfish at all. You and your family, although it is rough, need to move on from this struggle. She is gone and would want you all to be happy and have a good holiday season.

  2. OUR COMMENT THANK YOU SO MUCH ANGEL,FOR UR COMMENT.WE FEEL THE SAME WAY,BUT PEOPLE WILL SAY…HOW CAN YOU ALL CELEBRATE,KNOWING THE VERY NEXT DAY SHE WILL BE GONE A YEAR? SHE WAS VERY SICK LAST YEAR ON CHRISTMAS DAY BUT SHE STILL WANTED US TO CELEBRATE! YOUR COMMENT HELPS ALOT!
