Throughout my life so far, I have cried just about everyday. For SEVERAL reasons. Because of my insecurities, because I seen others in pain and sadness, because I was angry etc. I never often cried tears of joy. If I did that was very rare moments in my life. My tears are usually from hurt, anger, or sadness. And there are people that look at those who shed tears as weak. I’m here to tell you that’s false. Crying does not = Weakness. ~

Sometimes the most powerful examples of strength aren’t shown by how tightly you can hold on to something, but by knowing when to let go.

Strength is nothing more than how
well you hide the pain.

Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.

Strength of character isn’t alway’s about how much you can handle before you break, it’s also about how much you can handle after you’ve been broken.

Silence is a source of great strength.

Sometime’s God allows us to cry for tears to clear our eyes so we can clearly see the good things ahead.

Tears are prayers too. they travel to the God when we can’t speak.

It’s better to cry than to be angry because anger hurts others while tears silently flow through the soul and cleanses the heart…

I can wipe the tears in my eyes…
I can’t wipe the pain in my heart…

Don’t ever mistake my silence for ignorance, my calmness for acceptance and my kindness for weakness.

If what’s ahead scares you and what’s behind hurts you, just look above. He never fails to help you.

Go within every day and find the inner strength so that the world does not blow your candle out.
