Day 54

Today went well, I’d say. Successful is the word.

Day 1

1st Period (09:10-10:25)
We suspected to either have a quiz or test—it was a test. It went well, though. Luckily, I decided to come to school early, and that was on accident. My bus passes at 8:30 and I was still at home at 8:25. My dad was home and said he has the time to drive me if needed. I figured why not; might as well study. That gave me time to study something in specific even if it was for a few minutes and it was on the test. If I wasn’t late for my bus, I wouldn’t have studied it and struggled to remember during my test. Everything turned good in the end. My answers went well, except for one question everyone seems to have a different answer. It was funny, because I finished my test early and I was thinking about a Vine I saw talking about “When everyone gets a different answer.” One said a number, the other a different number then the other guy said “I got Abraham Lincoln, what?” or something along those lines. I was wondering if that would happen (except the Abraham Lincoln part) and it did. The questions was: “Sarah will be quadruple the age she is currently in four years, which equals the square of her age four years ago. What is her current age?” And I got 5.something, Kohai got 34 and someone else got something else.
Also, during the test at the start of the day, the intercom speaker said something about entering a contest if you wanna be an animator. I want to be an animator, but the problem is I don’t have enough experience in it, so whatever contest it is to animate for a company of some sort, I won’t be able to compete. Oh well, maybe there will be another opportunity. If I did it and won, it would have looked good in my college application.

2nd Period (10:35-11:50)
Visual Arts
I finished my awful looking emblem (but at least it’s filled with symbolism) and now I’m starting my stained glass design. I am a little stuck on what I want to do, but I got a few ideas.

Lunch (11:50-12:50)
I sat with my closest friends. We talked about some random things and I answered to an email from PrettyInBlack. I wonder if we will be able to Skype on day, but with the time zone it’s very hard. The only time I found out we could possibly do, is when it’s 8 pm for me and 4 pm for her.

3rd Period (12:50-14:05)
There was a substitute, again. I worked on the assignment the sub gave us, but the other one was to advance in homework in the textbook for something we didn’t learn yet. I usually do it, but I was just not in the mood, so I went on my phone.

4th Period (14:15-15:30)
We hat to sit in groups of tables and the friend I usually join was already with someone else, so I sat an empty table of three and just waited to see who will be my teammates for the next three weeks. I hoped it wasn’t the girl I didn’t like (the one who is extremely rude to everyone) and that it would be people I know. Luckily, they were. It was someone who went to my elementary school (so she’s been around for about six years, possibly more) and a guy I worked with in my history class in the past when he had a mohawk. He doesn’t anymore and to be honest, he looks much better now. Wasn’t a fan of it in the past, because it wasn’t a particularly good mohawk. It was all spiked up in small strands. I didn’t think much of it though, I’ve seen weirder things. I always see weirder things than what is presented to me. People from my elementry school said that the school was very weird. I was there since kindergarten and I don’t think it was that weird or much is weird in general. Being there for that long is possibly the reason. Also, there’s the fact that I’m weird.

After School
When I got home, I started watching some YouTube videos about multiple personality disorders. I’ve always been interested in psychology, so that is no surprise. Kohai was messaging me now and then for birthday ideas, such as what she should draw for the card (she says she isn’t good at drawing, but I don’t care if she is or not, because it makes me happy to have someone draw for me, because it shows that the person spent precious time of their lives for me and it warms my heart. She even spent 3 hours building something for me yesterday and part of my wanted to cry out of joy for having such a good friend like that). She also asked me for my favourite Star Wars character. I don’t have one; I like a lot of the characters. I gave her Han Solo, Kylo Ren, Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker, R2D2, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Darth Maul (I just like how he and his lightsaber looks, honestly) and Qui-Gon Jinn.
I also worked on my English poem. I panicked when I saw on the time table that it was due today, but apparently it was moved to next week. I finished my ballad and it looks pretty good, but it’s only 146 words and I need 400 minimum in total for two poems. I can just repeat the refrain to get around 200, I guess. My dad showed me the song “Letters For War” as inspiration and I heard it somewhere, but I don’t know where. I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a disc of it or something, because my dad would always played Michael W. Smith in the house when I was younger.
Also, I’m obsessed with The Phoenix by Fall Out Boy. I’m gonna be song-killing it soon.

That’s all for today.

(PS: I can’t proofread my entry, so I will tomorrow.)
