I treat myself to go to a spa once a week to swim and enjoy Jacuzzi and sauna. They will be closed almost a whole month due to doing some maintenance next month… I would need to find something alternative…
My morning ritual Day 60
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that the spa was almost empty so we could use the facility to ourselves yesterday. I am grateful that his work hours are so flexible. I am grateful that I don’t like complaining like most people do.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I like cardio exercise, Among those, swimming is one of the top 3. Being in the water just doing some lap is like meditation… I really could use the time to empty my mind. All I hear was my breathing. That 30 minutes was so special to me. It does good to both my mind and body. 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes I ran 5 k in the morning and did 30 minutes yoga in the afternoon.
4) Meditation I did 25 minutes meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
Dear, my husband boss Jason,
Thank you so much for being so generous and understanding about his schedule. Thanks to you, me and hubby can get together during a big break in the afternoon. It seems like you value his work a lot. My husband is lucky to have a boss like you. Thank you!!
6)Do one small thing for generosity I made him some food. 🙂
How is my day going
4:30 Got up/ Soy latte
6:30 pre-workout snack/ banana and yogurt
7:00 Ran 5km for 33 minutes.
9:00 Breakfast/ Rice, egg, vegies, miso soup and some apples
11:30 Went to the park to do some writing
13:00 did 30 minutes yoga
13:30 Lunch/ fried noodle
15:00 30 minutes power nap
18:00 Dinner/ Chicken, avocado salad, fruits
