It has been snowing off and on since yesterday. It is the first snow of this year. It is rare to get this snow in my city. It is pretty from outside but freezing cold outside! Like yesterday, I am planning on staying in all day.
My morning ritual day 88
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I got a long good sleep. I am grateful that I have an access to my meds to help when I feel irritated.. I am grateful for all the stuck up food so I don’t have to go out in the snow.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I saw a movie called” Everest” .It is based on a true story. It got a lot of sad parts but I really liked it. It made me think about my situation. It is rare to find a good movie nowadays so I was really happy about that.🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes did daily yoga and some caradio in the afternoon.
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

6)Do one small thing for generosity I donated first thing in the morning today!

4:00 Got up/ Hot lemon water
5:00 soy late / Yoga day 3
6:00 Breakfast/ Tofu quiche , yogurt
8:30 Snack/ milk tea and soy donuts
9:30-12:30 writing and painting
12:30 lunch/ chicken salad
13:00 went grocery shopping
17:00 dinner/ Pork, vegies, tofu
