January 18th/ Having low enegry

I have been sleeping a lot recently.. but at the same time my enegy has been low. I could not even finish 30 minutes pilates yesterday. I feel so exhasted both mentally and physically. I try to pull myself together to get things done but all I want to do is to be in the bed watching TV or something… I try to step outside once a day at least but that is even overwhelming.. Hope I will get my energy back soon…

My morning ritual day 91

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I could go back to sleep this morning . I am grateful for the food at the restaurant yesterday. I am grateful that I could stick with eating slowly for the past couple of days

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. Me and my hubby were sitting at the table enjoying the sun. It has been cold but the sun is still strong. I try to get the sun light as much as possible especially in winter. It was such a nice 15 minutes.. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         Did my daily yoga and Ran 30 minutes

4) Meditation                               I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude    

Dear my abacus teacher when I was young. You came to my dream this morning. I haven’t used an abacus for ages but it really taught a lot of things. I am good at calicurating thanks to you. I wonder if you still teach children.. I hope so. Thank you so much!!🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity  I did our laundry today 

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Hot lemon water

5:00 soy late / Daily yoga day 6

6:00 Breakfast/ soy cake, yogurt, apples

8:00 Ran 30 minutes

9:00 teach

10:30 Lunch/ Rice and sea weed,egg, salmon and vegetable

12:00 went to the shrine near my house

14:30 watched a movie

17:00 Dinner/ Pork, vegies, tofu
