January 29th / Jogging

I got to jog yesterday. It had been for 10 days since I ran last. It is unusual for me to go without that long. I have been slacking off becuase of the cold weather. I had forgotten how much jogging makes me feel good though. 🙂

My morning ritual day 102

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I got to jog yesterday.I am grateful I finished reaing the book. I am grateful for being able to be in the park yesterday.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours.The weather was nice yesteday. I went to the park near my apartment to do some writing and reading. The sun was so warm. It was like a spring weather. I wish it was nice like that all the time. I got a lot of reading and writing done.  🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga already! Did Pilates as well

4) Meditation   I did yoga meditation for 9 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear Megumi, Thank you for taking my lesson yesterday. You were so nice as always. I am so luncky to have you as my student as well as my friend. Thank you for the email you sent concering about my health also. You are the sweetest! 🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity  I helped him clean

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

4:30 Daily yoga day 17

6:00 pre workout snack/ Yogurt and granola, apples

8:30 Breakfast/ sausage, egg, tomato and toast

10-15:00 went to the park and the museum

12:00 Lunch/ Tuna salad, rice ball

15:00 Snack/chocolate and popcorn

18:00 Dinner/ Tofu salad, vegie and pork
