Today I feel angry.
I can’t quite put my finger on what is making me feel this way.
Luckily I am about to go to a personal training session which will help me burn away this ghastly anger.
At the moment I feel as though I need a pair of boxing gloves and a punch back, I want to thrash it until I crumble on to the floor into a sweaty lifeless ball.
I wish my mind would stop taumenting me bringing up events of the past and challenging me about the future.
My mind needs to focus on the here and now.
Fingers crossed that in an hours time I feel a more positive energy.
