Breakfast

Bread with orange marmalade and half cup of almond milk

Lunch

Dim sum with many cups of tea, 3 pieces of tofu, 1 piece yellow sponge cake, 2 pieces beef wrapped in rice paper, and 2 pieces shrimp dumpling

Snack

1 bowl of white fungus soup

Dinner

Homemade pasta with pesto and tomato sauce with chicken teriyaki meatballs.  Romaine salad with croutons and thousand island dressing, and homemade Tiramisu cake.
