1 bowl of honey nut Cherrios with almond milk

 

Lunch

Tuna sandwich (4 oz can), 1 bowl of romaine lettuce mix with southwest ranch dressing, a small bowl of grapes, and 1 cup coconut water.

Snack

Lays Oven baked BBQ chips (half the calories of normal chips and pretty good)

Dinner

Boiling point beef combination with noodle.
