Day 22

Breakfast

Oat bread with orange marmalade and cup of rice drink

Lunch

Naan with hummus and 2 slices of turkey meat, romaine lettuce salad mix, bowl of strawberries, and a cup of rice drink.  Small plate of Greek salad.

Snack

Costco frozen latte

Dinner

1 chicken thigh meat for salad and potatoes.  Chicken romaine lettuce with half a roma tomato, potatoes with green/red bell peppers, onion, and chicken and sprinkled with parsley, cup of coconut water, and 2 halo clementines.
