After Day 25’s unhealthy eating, I need to resume better eating

Breakfast

Honey nut Cherrios with almond milk

Lunch

Turkey sandwich with mustard on oat bread with a bowl of salad with 1/2 roma tomato, 1 slice of turkey meat, and romaine lettuce mix, and cup of rice drink.

Dinner

Potatos mixed with green/red bell peppers, onions, and parsley, 1 chicken drumstick, 1 bowl of white fungus soup, and 1 cup coconut water.
