Italian salad mix, toast with turkey sandwich meat and some sort of mustard, banana, and cup of coconut water

Dinner

Spaghetti with chicken, green/yellow bell peppers, and onions, romaine lettuce mix with 1/2 roma tomato and cucumber, bowl of BBQ pork beans, and cup of coconut water
