Lunch

Two naan wraps with slice of turkey meat and grilled green/yellow bellpeppers and onion, leafy red lettuce with cucumber, 1/2 roma tomato, and bits of the turkey slice, and cup of coconut water

Dinner

Wild caught salmon on bed of red onion with sides of spinach and asparagus, large fuji apple, and cup of coconut water
