  1. That happened to me before. The trick is to not pay attention at what you write but instead, pay attention to your feelings and thoughts as you write so that you could comfort it as much it needs to, you know?

  2. But on the other hand with journals in general, now I am like trying different kind of ways to write out my emotions and thoughts. And so far, I am interested in this one!
