I'm a stay at home mother. I have decided to start this journal because in the last few years I have been slowly gaining weight and I want to get back in shape. I don't have many people to join me in this so I thought that keeping a journal would keep me on track. I don't have much to lose, just mainly want to get in shape and be more tone. My main goal in the beginning is eating regular meals and doing some type of exercise everyday, though I may be taking Sundays off for football!!! GO BEARS!!! I also think that keeping this journal will give me a place to let things off my chest and get to know myself a little in the process.
