Reasons and excuses as to why I don’t work out or eat healthy:
1. The constant burn in my belly causes me to eat non stop carbs all day.
2. I work 7 days a week while managing a family of 5; no TIME to work out
3. I don’t have any money to eat the food I know I should.
4. I’m dependant on alcohol.
5. I’m scared that I’ll make all these changes for nothing. That I’ll still be fat and depressed.
