First Post

This is for my health/weightloss/lowering blood sugar. I want to have a journal of the changes we are making as well as how they work.

 

Hopefully this will keep me honest in how things are going, and it will be nice to look back one year from now and see how everything is!

 

Once I figure out this goodnight journal.. (hopefully by this weekend) I will do a more detailed intro post!
