I’m not much of a writer, but today I was bored and decided to give this a try. Why not, right? 🙂 It’s a change.. I’ve been making some other changes in my life recently. Just small steps so far, but I try to stick to them and I want to change something else every now and then 🙂
A few weeks ago I decided to go outside for a walk around noon every day, instead of being inside during the day. So far it has been really nice and I keep wondering why I didn’t do this sooner. Sometimes it’s hard though, when I’m busy with something I want to continue working on it and it’s hard to let things go, even for an hour, and do something else 😉 But when I go outside it often feels great to let go of my thoughts for a while. And although the weather hasn’t been too bad most of these weeks, it’s still pretty cold; hopefully it will be even nicer when it gets warmer.
Another change I’m making is to eat more healthy, more fruit and more vegetables, more on that later.
I also want to become more active and spend time on sports, but I’m not sure yet what’s the best way to do that. I’ll think about it and hopefully start moving soon 😉 Suggestions welcome.
