This morning I felt hell-bent on doing the knee exercises I researched yesterday. I started and they felt painful and boring. But some of them were near to yoga exercises I love (like tree pose, for example). I realized I can do tree pose with theses variations and some other yoga poses to strengthen my knees AND have fun doing it!
For my computer time, I am seated in half lotus in front of my wall heater. Couldn’t be better or healthier!
Now I am in staff pose with the computer on my thighs. Feel the burn. Feel how hard it is to sit up straight. This is fun and healthy! I realize how tight my thighs and hips are. This works for me.
As far as food problems go, I know I want to be light for the sake of my knees. This just makes sense.
