How to Have Good Dreams and Wake Up Feeling AWESOME!

Well, today I’m gonna tell you how to have good dreams and wake up feeling absolutely AWESOME! So every night, right before you go to bed, do a few stretches (if your up to it, you could make a bedtime yoga routine) and right before you fall asleep, clear your mind of ALL thoughts so, you aren’t thinking of anything that could come up in nightmares while you’re asleep.
