Military Diet/Round 2 (breakfast)

So I am trying this military diet. You are suppose to be able to lose up to 10 lbs in 3 days! I have already done one round and lost 8 lbs.
You eat very strict for 3 days and then eat normal for the next 4. I am pretty sure i gained back 5 lbs on my days off BUT its still a lost of 3 lbs. Still going to call that a win!!!
Now onto my round 2 breakfast

I had a half an organe, slice of bread and 2 tbs of peanut butter.
Orange was delish!! Bread..was bread, but holy crap! I am having such a hard time choking down the peanut butter today. Its sticky and gross! I have to keep saying its for weight loss. You have to want something just as bad as you want to breath, to acheive it!!
So here I am, trying to actually lose some damn weight!!! I am at my heaviest ever! I am as heavy as i was when i was pregnant…and I AM NOT PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super depressing. So sad how weight is always a battle, along with body image in general.
