DM-Motivation-vs-Habit

Its All In The Mind

Dieting is easy. Well it is if you can convince your mind that it is. Dieting is sooo enjoyable. Of course it is. It is like playing a game. Eat X amount. Exercise X amount. See the results of sticking to X amount of calories & burning X amount of fat…

I do believe in ‘visualization’ The power of the mind. I am going to succeed on my weight loss Journey, because I am going to keep myself motivated every moment of every day, until counting calories, burning calories, becomes a habit, not over eating, because I’m bored, or feeling emotional, or out of ‘habit’

Reaching my desired size is very important to me, because I have struggled to get there. The fact that I am struggling. No I mean ‘have been’ struggling to get to a size I was, when I thought I was fat, is not lost on me. I wish I was as fat as when I thought I was fat…

Well. I am about to make all my wishes come true. After all, I have already proved to myself that I can lose weight. I remember a time when I could do an hour of exercises, 3 times in a row, then see the results in the mirror, then again I was in my 20’s, now I’m in my 40’s, its not so quick, not that I am going to give up…

So far this morning I have had one black coffee {I love black coffee} I am using ‘intermittent fasting’ as a weight loss tool. 16 hours of fasting ‘Nooo calories’. Then 8 hours to eat. If I done that & still ate what I want to eat, but ONLY! in the 8 hour eating time. I could lose about 1 lb each week, once my body adjusts that is…

Intermittent fasting has got lots of health benefits, including releasing the growth hormone HGH, which repairs your body. Your body does not release the growth hormone when you are eating all the time…

Because I am an evening snacker & can diet really well all day. I fast from 11 pm through to 3 pm, then eat from 3 pm to 11pm. Though. I am teaching myself to stop eating earlier. Eventually I will eat from 12pm to 8pm, but for now I have a evening snacker safety net…
