An hour & 20 minutes before I can eat. So far I have eaten nooo! calories. Just had black coffee. I should drink some water, but I don’t feel like it. Of course I will get myself into that habit. I have also only burned a mere 20-calories through cleaning. Just a mere 5 minutes of cleaning whilst waiting for the kettle to boil & my coffee to filter through the cup filter wossy. Sooo! Only another 480-calories to burn before bed time tonight…

Ohh! Yeah! Tonight is a red wine drinking night, nattering with my friend evening. There will be NO! after wine binging. A bottle of red wine is 500-calories. Not bad considering, but, when your body is breaking down the alcohol it is not breaking down the fat. I could explain that better, but I won’t…

Mind you. Whilst sitting, talking, drinking the red wine, I am burning near enough 500-calories in the 3 hours we are sitting nattering & drinking. It is easy to forget that EVERY! moment of the day we are burning calories. When you look at the calories burned sitting quietly for an hour, it is not much more then if I went for a walk. A difference of 1-2 calories every minute sitting quietly. 6-7 calories walking. More if going up hill…

Its like walking on grass burns more calories then walking on the pavement…

Anyway. Sitting talking, drinking red wine for 3 hours, my body will nearly burn the calories consumed from the wine. Just don’t binge afterwards. Fidget more, use more hand gestures, lol…
