Talk it out!

If your feeling uneasy, just open up and talk about it. DONT BURY IT!

I have very high anxiety (AKA I am stressed out ALL the time and over think very simple situations). I had some things on my mind last night and instead of just burying it, like I always do, I thought about it and brought it up.

Now I feel great and everything is A-Okay!

My slate is wiped clean for a fresh start to a new day.
