For the past couple of years I have been indulging to excess at holiday time. Telling myself that after it is over I will get back to healthy eating/exercising. Well the holidays come and go and I don’t seem to “get back”. As a result, my weight has climbed by a few pounds each year and I have not shed them. I decided that I can’t do it again this year. To that end I went back to WW last night. I am a lifetime member having reached my healthy weight a few years ago. This is the best time for me to do it. I have gone through the holidays following the program. It is empowering (as my sister once put it). I will have a few holiday treats. But I will not eat like I won’t ever have them again.
