I woke up early today and walked 2 miles before I went to my meeting. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Now I know not to expect this every week but I did hit my 10 goal. This is a plus for me. I have no one else on the same program as I am on. So it is harder for me because I have to motivate myself other than the support I get from strangers I basically am on my own. It helps when I have something painful thrown in my face daily. I know that it might not be known that it is painful but it really is. I am working through it but it does make me really want to work on ME. Good JOB and keep up the great work. YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!
