Great workout

This Morning I had the best workout I have had in a long time. It was leg day and had some coffee along with my pre workout. I strecthed a little then hit the iron hard. I started with 8 set of squats it was awesome to move the weight so easy. Then lunges for another 8 sets . That was it so short and sweet but my glutes are crazy pumped. Hopefully there is more to come.
