This is me

This post is difficult for me, even though it’s a simple one. I never spoken about this until now. I suffer from depression. I try and talk to people, but the words get mixed up in my brain, and I shut down completely.

  1. This is what helped me to start dealing with mine 16 years ago. Site called Open Diary. It’s no longer a thing. I found amazing people that I could connect with, that didn’t judge, that listened, and understood. I wish you the best in your journey. Writing is a good thing. 🙂 I know how hard it is at times.

  2. i know words won’t make anything better, and i know it’s so much harder than just saying it’ll be ok, don’t worry, etc. but sometimes it helps to just hear it..

but it will all be ok one day, you just have to keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming.. swimming.. swimming… swimmmingg…

  3. I have had depression—very badly. I am now on an anti-depressant which helps SO much.. Zoloft. Would you consider asking your doctor? God bless you.

  4. I just want to say thank you for all comments. It’s really appreciated. I have always had a big problem with opening up to anyone. I never been the type to like a lot of attention. I think it’s the reason it took me so up to open up this.

  5. One day you will realize, the best days are yet to come. This is coming from someone who overcame depression and found the good in life again. someone once told me its the people who have the deepest thoughts that find themselves going crazy, but I believe anyone is strong enough to find the good in life, even if its something small. It is extremely scary what you are going through because you most likely feel very alone, but if theres one thing you need to remember, is it will get better. Time heals all wounds and I hope the best for you. Life’s good and I hope you will find your place again.
