Today i have read an article about the reason of mindfulness is the foundation of emotional intelligence. The information that i have taken that it might be useful for myself is that mediation the key elements of interacting your own emotions to others and understanding them. it stated that “mediation is an effective way to boost focus, zap stress, avoiding depression and negative emotions that is already in your part of your body’. By doing this mindfulness solution such as mediation it could lead to the process of being an effective leader. Being a leader should have a fresh mind, with a happy feeling emotions in order to start a task with highly focus anticipation an participation  to achieve the highest productivity as possible. Achieving the sustainability workplace i think you should have a strong inner joy in yourself within the personality.  I have gain information about mindfulness and i think i am going to do a mediation as a solution for my emotional intelligence to be improve in this week.
