Spending my afternoon with my sister by jogging around the neighborhood in Maroubra. We decided to run for increasing our mindfulness since we have hectic and busy week before. We have read an article stated that running is one of the mediation way to improve our emotions about being happy and refreshed. It is almost the same like yoga so we decided to do that. We ran different routes with a lot of obstacles in it so we could be increase our self awareness and be more focus. After that we decided to take breath first, rest for a bit and interact with each other about what has been happening in our daily life recently. We ran about 2km which is not bad. This afternoon running sure do make us tired but it has my sister and myself mindfulness and decreasing the negative emotions that we have by letting all the negative energy out in the running.
