Wk 1: Day 3 Sunday

This morning I have decided to attempt a session of meditation. As it’s my first time meditating I am using a guided meditation audio from youtube called ‘Guided Meditation- Blissful Deep Relaxation’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IkHJz084PgA.

As I had just woken up I found it easy to relax but not so easy to concentrate as I was falling asleep. The guidance was quite interesting but also a little strange. However, the music was very mellow and relaxing.

I ended up stopping the guidance at around 9 minutes as I could no longer sit still and concentrate, however I think I did well at my first attempt. After finishing I did feel a lot more relaxed and chilled out as I went about my daily routines.
