So the follow through is always a struggle at first… By struggle I mean, my legs hurt so bad from my workout (however minimal) yesterday morning. Leg day. Always a bitch. Don’t get me wrong it’s a good sort of pain. So now I just need to keep the momentum going! 

I’m lucky in a sense, I can see the gym from my living room window. I don’t have far to go, in fact, I don’t even have to leave the building to get to it. However, having seen it every day since we moved in has almost desensitized me to it’s convenience. That “so close, yet so far” type feeling. It’s also not the best equipped gym. Even less so than the gym I switched to last year. But it would do the trick to start me off, it just requires some imagination. More free weights and cardio than weight machines (which I became most comfortable with when I was in “the groove”). The only weight machine they have is multipurpose and the pulley on one side sticks. All the excuses. I’m sure people have gotten in shape with less. 

Aaaaaanyway, I’m determined now. It takes an average of 21 days to make a habit, right? Day 2, 19 more to go!
