For this past two weeks i have done more activities regarding on how to improve my emotional intelligence. There were some problem occurring within myself and my group mates that have occurred. With that problem i have identify my weakness and learn on how to control my emotional intelligence and i should know on how to manage my emotions much better. I have read the article on how mindfulness relates to emotional intelligence. I have also done the solution of mindfulness regarding on ho to increase my EQ which i went to yoga, interact with some friends and do some mediation. Even though i do not feel the result yet from the mediation but i think will understand the outcomes in the future. i have done surveys on how to improve my awareness to others and my own which is a good result that i have that i could know my weakness from my closest friends.
