Weekends don’t help.

Taking a rest because it’s the weekend is an old faithful fall back for me. Going to have to work on that one, for sure! It’s Sunday, day of rest. But then again so was yesterday and the day before… Sort of. In regards to the gym it was a day of rest. I let the fact that I had a late work day on Friday and an early start on Saturday (I had to work both jobs for a total of about 13 hours, so getting up at 6:45 to make time for the gym was not my favourite idea) stop me from keeping up my momentum.

BACK ON THE HORSE TOMORROW. No excuses allowed. I have the whole day free to get my ass down the hall and down one floor to the gym. My legs have almost recovered enough to fuck them up again, I think. Monday: Leg Day.
