Stretching is key.

Last week after leg day I hurt for like 4 days straight because (big surprise) I forgot to stretch. It’s not the first time I have forgotten and I’m 99% sure it won’t be the last, but I did remember to stretch yesterday! And today I feel quite good. I honestly like the sore feeling after a workout, within reason of course. Being a bit sore after a good workout actually makes me feel like I accomplished something. But when I can’t sit down without bracing myself then we got a problem.

New day, new deal though. CHOCOLATE!! ALL THE CHOCOLATE!! I’m seriously considering eating some for breakfast. I won’t… I’ll eat it for lunch. Teehee. Any woman reading this will know EXACTLY why the chocolate. The struggle is real. Especially when I’m trying to change my ways. One day at a time. One decision not to eat the bad food at a time.
