I had a sober day. Just that I didn’t gym today. But I went for a swim. Cleaned my room…settled my books and now planning to adopt certain habits for regular. I just hope I stay determined enough to manage it.
Frankly, I haven’t lost a gram but I am much satisfied that at-least I am putting efforts for myself. Trying in itself is a big contentment.
I have started sleeping early before 11 at night but getting up before 8 is still a big hassle for me. I hope it works out soon.
