I have recently had the motivation to get up and start exercising again. I never thought I’d be doing it again. I walked four days in a row. Its a big start for me. One that I plan on continuing. Yesterday i didnt eat much, and walked almost 10000 steps. On top of that doing my exercise routine. I forgot how much your body requires substance before you exercise. Today i had a bowl of oatmeal that i had to force down. But i ate, and im on the right path. I just wanted to share something positive with all of you. This will continue and im excited to pursue the better lifestlye choice i am walking towards.
