Day 20

Today I felt as though it was the culmination of all my mindfulness practices over the past 3 weeks. I felt the most refreshed I had ever been before a game and this was definitely reflected in my performance. Focusing on mindfulness has definitely allowed me to be a more confident person and this is reflecting in most areas of my life. Once I got home I typed up my draft for the literature review that I will be editing over the coming week.
