Final Day! – Day 21

My first task for the day was to retake the mindfulness scale I took on day 1. There was definitely a large increase in my mindful behaviours but not quite as large as I was expecting. However, this small change has definitely had a large impact on how I go about on a day to day basis. I made a few more changes to my literature review and re watched the TED talks to further gain some inspiration on critically evaluating the pieces
