November 8th 2016

I woke up having a lot of energy this morning. As I had planned last night, I hit the rode to run the first thing in the morning. It was cloudy and not chilly. It made me feel good and gave me more energy. I have been slacking off running the past few months but I want to run 10 days, 5k each per month. I have made some small goals to accomplish. I just want to feel that I am doing towards something even though they are really normal things.

My morning ritual Day 22

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful for getting a lot of energy from running. I am grateful to the stuff who gave me a big smile yesterday. I am grateful that I got to eat my favorite snacks at the high way place.

2)Write down one positive experience that occurred the past 24 hours as detail as possible.

I appreciate that I had a relaxing time with my husband yesterday. The weather was perfect. We had a nice walk along the pond. The autumn trees were so colorful and beautiful. The food we ate there was great as usual. They never disappoint me.   

3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more     I did 30 minutes run.

4)Meditation                                           I did 6 minutes in the bath.

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude 

Dear my friend Haruchan,

You are such a great cook. I always love to eat our food. You are so sweet and generous. You are the only one who I can share my condition with. I am so glad that I have you in my life. Thank you.
