I woke up on the wrong side. I was having a nightmare about my mother right before waking up. For changing my mood, I started off my day with 10 minutes meditation in the bed. It calmed me down somewhat. I still felt a lot of frustration so I tried to burn it off physically with doing a lot of exercise. It seemed to help me. I have been having a lot of energy for the past few days. I feel being myself. I hope it will last long..
My morning ritual Day 23
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I had a great food at the sushi restaurant . I am grateful that the rain was not that bad than I had thought yesterday. I am grateful that I had a decent experience at the grocery store where I usually dislike to go.
2)Write down one positive experience that occurred the past 24 hours as detail as possible.
I appreciate that the stuff at the restaurant were very attentive and professional. Everything went smoothly. I had a pleasant time there.
3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more I did 15 minutes ab exercise and 40 minutes swim.
4)Meditation I did 10 minutes in the bed.
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
Dear my ex-boyfriend Hayashi,
I was thinking about how we spent the time together yesterday. You were so sweet and such a great boyfriend to me. I am grateful that I shared my 20s with you. Even though we live so far away and don’t talk anymore, you are always my family. I hope you are happy with your wife and two little boys.
