I had a plenty of sleep, ran 5k and had a healthy breakfast but I am not feeling well. I had a flight with my husband and I cannot put it behind me yet, To make it worse, we are supposed to go on a bus trip that we made a reservation a month ago. I am trying to clam and relax so I would be ok by tomorrow. I am seeing my doctor in a few hours. I am thinking to ask him to change my meds since they have not helped me much I don’t think.. I want something that makes me feel really good.
This ritual would be the last thing I feel like doing but I will suck it up… here is goes,
My morning ritual Day 26
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I could ran as I had planned even though I didn’t feel like it.I am grateful for the great weather . I am grateful that I have a great self- disciplined to write this journal,
2)Write down one positive experience that occurred the past 24 hours as detail as possible. I saw a lot of ducks in the pond while running. They always put me a better mood. I like to see how peaceful they are.. just floating and stuff…nothing more.. I would love to become one of those ducks.
3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more I run 5.5 k for 38 minutes.
4)Meditation I did 3 minutes with my eyes closed
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
I always enjoy corresponding with you. I am so glad to have you in my life. You are one of the sweetest and most generous person who I have ever known. You are the reason I would like to keep studying Spanish for. Hope we can resume our weekly chat soon. Thank you for being with my friend.
