November 15th 2016

I have been able  to keep up with this morning ritual almost for 30 days. To be honest, I don’t see significantly different but I am more comfortable to be grateful. Or something I have never so paid attention before is actually something wonderful. I think these are some changes I have noticed. I have been searching for another journal site for keeping my workout and diet log but I have decided to put up everything in there. Others are so complicated and I like this one since it is so simple. 🙂 This is my journal so however or whatever I want to do, isn’t it?

My morning ritual Day 29

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I can see those beautiful leaves from my balcony .I am grateful for being energetic physically.  I am grateful that I got to sleep so much last night.

2)Write down one positive experience that occurred the past 24 hours as detail as possible. I got to play with my hedgehog, ton-ton this morning. He was running around looked excited. It is so nice to see him being active.

3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more     40 minutes power yoga

4)Meditation                                           I did 5 minutes with my eyes closed in the bed.

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

How my day is going

5:30 wake up / drink soy latte/ Meditation 5 minutes

7:00 Power yoga

8:00  Breakfast/  rice, salmon, egg, tofu, daikon salad

9:00 teach

10-13  shopping

13:30 Lunch / Deep-friend pork sandwich, coleslaw salad, some apples

16:00 Snack/ hot chocolate with soy milk

18:00 Dinner/ fish, fried bean sprouts and egg, tofo, pumpkin, persimmon

22:00  went to bed

Overall, it was a nice, relaxing day. I got to eat lunch in the park near my house, read a book in the bath. These two activities are my favorites!  I got pastel colors. I have been curious about it. I used to paint watercolor but never done pastel. I have a lot of projects to keep me busy.  I am excited.  🙂
