I had a fantastic day today. I got to go to the spa to swim and relax. The most of all, me and my friend got to talk and made up. 🙂

My morning ritual Day 31

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful for  having motivations.I am grateful that I have started to be interested in stuff again,I am grateful for another beautiful day to go out.

2)Write down one positive experience that occurred the past 24 hours as detail as possible.

I went to a Nepalese restaurant. Everything was so delicious but especially I was inpressed with the noodle. It got a great ginger flavour to it. Everything was made with a great care and details. Not only my tummy, but also my heart got full as well. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more    40 minutes 1 km swim

4)Meditation                                           I did 6 minutes with meditation audio.

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude 

Dear Tanaka-sensei , Thanks to you, I am interested in art. You inspired me and are a big part of who I am now. You gave me a lot of encouragement by telling me how talented I was. You are my favorite teacher.

How my day is going

5:30 wake up /soy latte

6:00 Meditation 6 minutes

8:00 Breakfast/ Rice, bean sprouts miso soup, egg and spinach

9:00 teach

10:00 went to the park

11:00  Snack/ apples, yogrut and granola

12-14:30 in the spa

15:00  Lunch / Rice chicken salad

16:30  Snack/ Hot chocolate

19:30 Dinner/ Fish, vegetable, sweet potato, egg and lettuce salad, pinapple

I thought I have not seen that much diffrence by doing this ritual but maybe if I had not started, I might not have got in touch with my friend. I didn’t have any problme to be honest and express my feeling. It has been exactly for a month since I started this practice.I intend to continue. 🙂
