November 19th 2016

It has been raining all day long. I like it sometimes actually. I can use it as an excuse not to do anything. but It ended up being busy ay home. I have started to do some remodeling my apartment. Nothing major ones but I will have to buy a few stuff. I am an organize freak. Cannot wait to see the new looks!

My morning ritual day 33

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I came up with a lot of great ideas for the renovation .I am grateful for being able to afford what I need. I am grateful that I got to teach a lot today

2)Write down one positive experience that occurred the past 24 hours as detail as possible. I got to the mall and bought myself a mini skirt! I dont know when was the last time to wear these. I feel like I am more adventurous. 🙂 that was fun!

3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more      35 minutes kickboxing

4) Meditation           10 minutes in the bed ( body scan)

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

  1. I wish I had some of your dedication to life. It seems like you have to together and I’d love to be able to be that way. You’re a very interesting person and I completely understand being bipolar, I am too. Bipolar 1 with psychotic features. Not fun, lemme tell you but I’m sure you know that. Anyway, I’ll keep reading your journals. You seem very upbeat and a lot of fun. <3

    A stranger,

  2. Hi Mandi,
Thank you for your comment. I am happy to hear that you found my journal interesting. Are you on any kind of medications? It had been hell before the new meds for me. I was thinking about not wanting to live…
